California Supreme Court Decides to Re-decide Marriage

In an act that epitomizes the problem with the American court system, the California Supreme Court has decided to re-decide the issue of marriage for Californians. In 2000, Californians went to the polls and voted to limit marriage to 1 man and 1 woman by an overwhelming majority.
